My name is Neelam Singh. I'm an Integrative Nutrition Health & Lifestyle Coach and a yoga teacher.My aim is to inspire, educate and empower you with confidence in your ability to own and affect your futurehealth by getting to the root cause of your symptoms, to help you not only feel well but also stay well.

 

I work with busy folks to help them find the balance in their lives.  I don't believe in deprivation or dieting. I choose whole foods to nourish the body. I help my clients prevent and manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain and lifestyle induced chronic and autoimmune diseases like pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, gut health, weight gain, fatigue and inflammation. 

 

The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual are not separate entities. Rather they 

are intertwined. What affects one, affects the others.  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life impact your health as a whole. This holistic approach promotes balance and harmony.

I teach Yin, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and kids yoga classes.

As a Certified Integrative Health Coach I use the

functional nutrition framework to find the root cause of your health symptoms or chronic conditions.  As we take care of the underlying triggers and add healthy lifestyle changes we are able to prevent, manage and reverse chronic health conditions. 

 

You can leverage mindful breath, mindful eating and mindful movement, reflection, meditation, and whole foods to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

 

My education has equipped me with extensive, 

cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise and personal experience, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

 

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
