I remember waking up tired, even after a full night’s sleep. Between raising kids, my profession, and household responsibilities, life was whole. The doctor prescribed to sleep more and eat vitamins as the blood works were inconclusive. However, I was always looking for natural solutions to gather enough energy to match my daily requirement and cures to calm my overactive sinuses, increase energy, clarity, and fogginess relief. 

I had tried yoga practices, eating healthy, and being active. However, when that didn’t improve health, I went digging for root causes to mostly overlooked symptoms that affect our daily productivity.
